DESCRIPTION:GEM will hold its first quarter meetings at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach\, CA\, over a two-day period on Wednesday (01.25.23) for full day\, and a half day the morning of Thursday (01.26.23). \nMeetings:\n    Members’ Sessions (Strategic Planning & Members’ Roundtable)\n    Board Meeting \nMeeting Dates:\n    Wednesday\, January 25\, 2023 (Full Day)\n    Thursday\, January 26\, 2023 (Half Day)\n\nThe GEM room block dates are as follows:\n    Arrival: Tuesday\, January 24\, 2023\n    Departure: Thursday\, January 26\, 2023 \nHotel Room Block Cutoff Date:  December 15\, 2022\nThe GEM room block rate of $269 only applies to the two guestroom nights in the room block (Tuesday\, January 24) and (Wednesday\, January 25) for reservations booked before December 15. All room nights requested pre and post the room block dates are subject to hotel rate and availability\, as is any reservation made after December 15\, 2022. \nRoom Confirmation Process:\nGEM has contracted a guest room block for this event for arrival on Tuesday\, January 24\, and departure on Thursday\, January 26. All reservations must go through GEM. We will need to confirm the guest room nights that you requested (especially pre and post room block dates) with the hotel. We will send you an email confirmation with a room confirmation number upon receipt from the hotel.
